SHIPPING

Items are normally shipped via USPS or UPS within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days. At this time, we offer express or expedited shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you would like to overnight your order.

All items are packaged and sent via USPS or UPS. You will receive an email with tracking information through USPS or UPS once the order has been packaged for shipment. Once in possession of USPS or UPS, The Dune Market cannot control the timeline to which USPS or UPS successfully delivers the package. Occasionally, your package may not actively track due to it not receiving the initial shipment scan from USPS or UPS.

If your tracking shows your order was delivered, but is MIA, we kindly ask for you to open a claim with USPS or UPS, whichever is applicable. At this time, we are unable to refund packages that have been marked as delivered.


RETURNS

Please note: all opened wellness products, stationery, seasonal items/holiday decor items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. Full price items (i.e. items not on sale or purchased using a promo code) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 30 days of the date you received the item(s). Returns can be mailed or processed at our shop in Beach Haven, NJ.

We do expect that returned merchandise is in its original condition and packaging. We may ask for pictures of the item to confirm its condition before approving the return.

Please contact us in order to begin your return. We will send you a return shipping label, and then simply place your package in the mail. In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.


DAMAGED ITEMS

Your satisfaction is so important to us. Although we do detailed quality checks before the products leaves our shop, we understand that accidents happen. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can look into replacing it for you. If we are out of stock of the item, we will work with you directly in order to right our wrong. Additionally, shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement.
