Make pasta, the old fashioned way. This natural wood pasta maker was invented during the 1800s in Chieti, Italy; it looks like a double-sided harp with strings set close on one side and farther on the other.
To use, flatten and press dough through the wires with a rolling pin. In the center is a slanted board designed to allow the cut pasta to slide off easily. Two sides are included: one for angel hair (3mm) and another for fettuccini (5mm).
- Hand wash only.
- Made in Italy.
